- handle all inbound tickets from customers as well as day 2 support for dispatching for repair
- supply chain, vendor management and procurement for the business
Must have Salesforce experience (ideally with reporting and dashboards, Data Loader) - they use a custom object to manage the workstreams
must be a self-starter
able to handle large sets of data and work in a high-volume environment
Ideally have a keen attention to detail
able to execute from a Project Delivery perspective
